Thinking of hiring me as your business’s bookkeeper? Great! I can’t wait to work with you.
I always think it’s important to know what’s in store when you sign up for any new service – so here’s a quick breakdown of how I work, what I can offer, and what my onboarding process typically looks like.
What can I do for you?
My mission is simple: to help you streamline your financial processes, keep your books accurate and up to date, and give you clear, timely insights into your business finances.
Whether you need monthly bookkeeping, VAT returns, or specialist support, I’m committed to ensuring that keeping your finances on track is both affordable and fuss-free.
Technology and communication
To make working together simple and efficient, I use a combination of tried-and-tested tools:
- Engager – this is my CRM system for managing client information and secure communication
- Hubdoc – for capturing and managing receipts (you’ll receive separate invitations for both platforms)
- Video calls – for catch ups and review meetings
- Shared drive – for storing and accessing your financial documents safely
I’m always your first point of contact, and you can reach me on [email protected] or +44 7824 374346.
Response times and availability
I aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours between Monday and Friday. My office hours are 9am to 5pm, but in special circumstances, you might hear from me outside of these times.
I down tools on major UK public holidays, including the Christmas week and New Year period. If I’m going to be unavailable due to a period of annual leave, I’ll always make sure you’re informed a few weeks in advance.
Payment and additional services
Monthly services are billed in advance on the 2nd of each month, like clockwork. If you require any additional services from me – for example, tax preparation or VAT returns – I will price up this work as needed.
Please note that my payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date.
